Hi, thanks for replying. It is simply delivery, but this is frustrating because Ias far as I was aware, I had sorted that out at the listing stage. But then on the 'print label' stage, after the sale, the chosen service, Yodel, was no longer an option! How do I complain to ebay? Is it even possible to complain to ebay? If I relist it and the original buyer doesn't buy it, what then? So frustrating and badly organised.

Postage query

Hi, I have just sold an item, a large item. I stated this on the listing and ticked Yodel, but should have ticked RM. However, on the listing I chose large parcel up to 20kg and got a quote for £5 something. I am now looking at getting the label and clicked on parcel size and weight, large between 10-20kg and the postage has shot up to £13 something!! Plus it has greyed out the Yodel option, even though the buyer chose it! Do I have to fork out the extra £8 something to cover the postage? Or can I request the buyer pays the extra cost?

Thanks

If it's Simple Delivery you can't change the postage but if the buyer agrees you can cancel the transaction and relist with correct postage. Check your postage preferences on here:
