&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ebay provide the means to get refunds, but buyers insist on dealing with the seller which is not necessary. Always go for a refund, not a replacement. You only get one case and if replacement is also faulty, then you have nothing further that can be done through ebay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
