topic A return request in Member To Member Support

I sold a Pokémon tin the title was correct but the Ai description wrongly put 8 packs at the bottom of the description when the tin only holds 4 packs. I had plenty of clear pictures of the item and a close up of the back of the tin were it clearly states the content ie 4 packs. The buyer admits he was in a rush to bid because there was only 2 minutes left and he didn't look at the pictures. He didn't ask for a refund when it arrived instead he has removed the factory seal opened all the packs of cards and is now asking for a full refund.

AI is not reliable, but seller is responsible for ensuring their own listing is correct.

Buyer opens item not as described case, you issue returns label and refund in full on return.

Relist item, checking details are correct.
