I placed a bid and won auction for Hoka shoes but I believe they are counterfeit. So I requested to cancel immediately after auction ended. How can I get my money back?

The seller can accept or refuse your cancellation.

As you have paid, they will either cancel and refund you or send the shoes.

If the shoes arrive and they are fake, you will have to return them using the Money Back Guarantee.

If you use the money back guarantee, remember to use Not As Described as reason, then seller pays return postage. Will perhaps teach him

1. not to sell fakes and

2. That it works out cheaper to cancel if requested by buyer.
