Fake Return QR Code

I purchased some bike tires from a seller in Beijing. The tyres turned out to be dodgy and not as described.

I contacted the seller explaining the situation and they agreed a return sending me a Royal Mail label with their address in Beijing, but when I had the QR code scanned it was for a UK address and the post office said the QR code wasn't legit.

I realise that I shouldn't have accepted the label they created and contacted the seller describing what had happened.

I've asked them to create an eBay generated label but they have provided yet again a fake address and QR code.

What can I do now as these tyres were expensive and I want to return to the seller and get a refund? Can I cancel the return then start the return as not as described?

I've kept in touch with the seller throughout and they have always answered but now I don't trust them.

You can only open one return per item so don't close it. If you didn't use "not as described" as the reason you could contact ebay and see if they will change it. You can request a callback on here:

Thank you. I won't cancel the return and requested a call back. I have sent pictures of postage information to eBay support
