You don't have international postage on your listing so overseas buyers will be un able to pay, your listing is for UK only.

You can relist with international postage if you wish or block countries you don't want to send to here https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf/excludeRegions

You can cancel as unpaid after 4 days and relist

Personally I would stick with UK only for phones

My customer says he can’t pay as the app isn’t allowing him to, he’s from Africa and it’s a £70 phone and he wants me to alter my settings so he can pay but it doesn’t sound right to me. Any ideas anyone ?

Before making your items available to international bidders, remember that if a buyer "discovers" any fault with an item eBay will accept their word for this, and probably require you to arrange and pay for the international return as well as refunding them in full.

We have heard from sellers who have found this so difficult and costly to arrange that they have simply refunded the buyer and let them keep the item. Suspicion has been voiced that some overseas buyers are now inventing faults in the hope of getting their item for nothing.
