If you used Parcelforce then I take it you didn't use ebay's Simple Delivery postage. If the refund went out and then the money went back into your account that sounds like a SD refund by ebay. Maybe after that ebay realised you hadn't used SD so they are taking the payment back.

Check with eBay in the morning. You can request a callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190

hi, thank you for replying, there was a problem with the postage as post office refused to take it saying was to big, so ebay told me to use parcelforce, and they refunded me the £13 postage.

but the guitar was sold in jan , and that might explain the first £85, but why is it saying its taking it again tomorrow ? and it says quartely fees ... ill contact ebay in morning

xx

You probably don't need to contact Ebay.

If you check today, you will almost certainly see that the money has not gone out of your account.

You have to set up a direct debit from your bank account for refunds etc.

Most months, that facility will not be used.

However, if it is used, the banking system then shows it as a regular payment, and it looks as if that amount will be taken monthly, even though it won't. The screenshot from my bank account shows this as a monthly payment - but I last had to pay Ebay using the DD in December last year.
