International Postage or a Rate Table - I can't have both anymore

As from yesterday I can no longer select the international postal service I provide AND select my international default postage rates. My rates tables are unavailable. So I create a new rates table. (Well not really new as it allows you to select your regular rates table. ) This will be visible as selected in the draft listing but will then disappear in seconds. If I cancel the postal service the rates table stays. So it appears I cannot have both.

I discussed this with eBay. They looked at the draft listing I was working on and it did not work for them either.

They said they would get back to me by phone or email but of course all I get is silence.

Does anybody else have this issue or know what to do about it?
