I want to make a counter offer but when I do ebay keeps saying there's an issue with processing your request anyone have the same problem or know how to fix this please ? Thank you

If you mean you have had an offer, then I do not think the ability to make a counter offer is always available

It might help to know which item it relates to and the offer made and what you want to make as a counter offer.

Thank you I made an offer for an item the seller counter offered me there is an option for me to counter offer back but when I do it says there is an issue processing your request I tried on 2 items and its happened on both never had a problem before

Ebay has so many things go wrong, I suggest you message explaining the problem and tell him what you would accept and perhaps he could then make another offer. Sounds as though he still has one offer left.
