    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a laptop and returned to the buyer because of some faults. I used a private postage when i could not use the seller's prepaid postage stamp. After some back and forth, the selker confirmed receipt but the next thing i got from ebay was that the return has been closed even after the seller has confirmed receipt. What should i do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To comply with eBay's buyer protection porocess you have to return items via their system.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;They only go by that trackable proof that an item has been sent back.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try contacting ebay about it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I can't really see what they can do but it's always worth a shot.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You can ask them to ring you here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
