listing with postage problems

When i list a item or sell similar, when i get down to the postage for a £1.85 item there is no postage options available to complete or add, the area is blank. the only way i can get postage is simple delivery and the item does not warrant that due to its cheap value. Normally it would show , even if i try a sell similar when i get to the postage area it is also blank, has ebay lost the plot or is there a reason for this

Do long as you are selling items in exempt categories up to 100 gms and up to £20 the custom postage box should appear. Which item/s sre having this problem.

I have just answered a similar question so perhaps ebay has one of its many problems and normal service will be resumed eventually.

I did try list similar and normal Custom postage came up.

See what you mean, No postage services available to be entered.

About time ebay stopped fiddling with things they appear not to understand.

Updating that tech have confirmed this issue as resolved. The postage options should be showing as normal.
