    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have been told that the recent app issues have been solved,&amp;nbsp; but here we hear there are still with problems with that hapless app!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A Community manager posted this yesterday,&amp;nbsp; hopefully it will be of some help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Try deleting recent cache and data &amp;gt; settings on phone&amp;gt; apps&amp;gt; storage&amp;gt; clear data/clear cache.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check to see your are updated to the latest app version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The latest version for android is 6.249.2.1 ( requires android 12 or later)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The latest version for ios is 6.250.0 ( requires ios 18 or later)&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Internal error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use ebay app on a Samsung galaxy Tab A purchased in 2019, in the UK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently when I view all items for sale, it keeps coming up with an Internal error, and asks me to uninstall the ebay app and install it again which I have done. I have also deleted cache and history and restarted my device but still have the same problem, is anyone else having any problems or knows how to solve the issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
