      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your dispatch rating will suffer so it's best to cance/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement and relist nearer the time for them to buy again.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once buyer pays you are committed to the dispatch time shown in the listing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Buyer should have contacted you before paying to arrange mutually &amp;nbsp;suitable date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is not ideal, but better than cancelling, refunding, relisting, rebuying and paying again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Depending on how buyer paid there could be a long delay in getting his initial refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
