&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;right of the item in your Purchase History and frGoom More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,&amp;nbsp; if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.&amp;nbsp; If they don't ,&amp;nbsp; need to escalate the case,&amp;nbsp; ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,&amp;nbsp; and do not forget to escalate.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply. When I received the item, I tested it immediately and started the return process. However, I mistakenly selected the wrong reason not fit. Because of this, the seller rejected the return request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted eBay, and they advised me to reach out to the seller directly. I did so, but the seller has not accepted my explanation of the mistake. At this point, I have not received any help from eBay, and I no longer have the option to request a return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please advise me on what I can do next?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How did you pay, it is the payment provider you have to contact now hoping they can start a chargeback,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
