Screenshot shows you trying to enter code in 2 places.

Full code only needs to entered in place.

I have a valid voucher offer from a vendor and have confirmed with them that the voucher is correct and valid but when i try to apply the voucher at checkout the voucher field auto disables the apply button (greyed out) any text string entered in the field that starts with a numerical value of which this code does (see attached pic)

Someone must've had this issue before

Please could someone advise what to do

It only allows you to attach 1 picture so i had to merge 2 pictures together

The screenshot shows that when a code starts with an alpha character the apply button is active (blue)

but when you start a code with a numerical character the apply button is greyed out

i.e. This is either a erroneous code and the vendor is lying or this is a bug in ebay's code (which i doubt has gone undiscovered until now)
