Click on the link I gave you before and use the reason "Item doesn't match description". It's pretty much an automatic system but it might ask for photos. If so just take a photo of the item and add that.

You should then receive a postage label from eBay paid for by the seller. You take the parcel to your post office, or wherever you normally send stuff from. They scan the label and give you a receipt. Once the item gets back to the seller ebay will issue a refund. Sometimes it happens before that.

If it's a private seller and the problem may have happened in transit you can use the reason "Damaged in delivery". Then ebay issue the refund without the item having to be returned. And the seller keeps the payment.

No refunds can only apply to "change of mind" returns. Buyers are always entitled to a full refund if the item was not described correctly, for any reason, including damage in transit which might be the case here.

So as long as it's still within 30 days of the delivery date start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

You don't need to contact the seller directly again.
