Buyer sending courier but now going on 4 days since he won the bid?

he has paid but I wanted and stated buyer to collect, any advice please?

If you require collection the idea is that the buyer personally attends and takes it away.

It is not a good idea for him to arrange a courier as by doing so he loses any eBay protection.

My feeling is that you should contact him through eBay and give him a warning that you will cancel after 4 days. This will start a refund. @gechee-0

how do I cancel and request he gets refunded? Bearing in mind I don’t have the money its in a enay holding account?

Drop down menu includes cancel the listing, and that automatically generates the refund.

If no money available in your ebay account, then you should have authorised ebay to debit your bank account, funds on hold should then be released.
