Has anyone been scammed recently with fake tracking details . I have been and I am finding it difficult to get in contact with eBay but they have closed the case and have not refunded me. I have tried to get a refund from PayPal but having the same problem. Both eBay and PayPal say the item has been delivered because of the fake tracking details.

There are lots of problems with 'fake tracking', or rather, real tracking to the wrong address.

Have you taken any steps to get evidence that the place it was delivered to was not the address you used at checkout?

For example, getting the courier to confirm in writing that the delivery address is not the one you told them was yours?
