      <title>Unusual postage problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I took 2 parcels to the Post Office as a drop off for Evri for two different buyers. One buyer is saying she received nothing and the other buyer the wrong item. I have looked at my receipt and found that both items were accepted under the same address AND barcode number...??? I really don't know where to go to sort this out. Obviously I have asked the buyer who received the incorrect item to return is and she has but I guess I cannot claim for the lost one? I would appreciate any help/advice&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately as far as the tracking shows it has been delivered to the person who got the wrong item and the tracking number for the other item has not gone beyond created/despatched but not dropped off&lt;/P&gt;</description>
