    <description>&lt;P&gt;They just needed to check that you are the account holder and you were using the phone registered to the account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's a simple enough security check that lots of companies use.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BT sent me a PIN yesterday to confirm it was me when I rang them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The agent hung up because you would not confirm the security code so they did not know they were dealing with the account holder.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am a seller and i rang Eaby and the&amp;nbsp; Ebay agent sent me a code on my phone, and asked me to read the code to him, is this normal for Eaby agent to ask for a code. When I asked reason why he needs a code as i have never been asked for a code before, he just said this time you need a code, when i refused to read the code to him,he said I can't help you with your query and hanged up on me. Please advice is this normal.&amp;nbsp; Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
