No, I cannot. Ii is one of many books, CDs or DVDs that I have sent for. I
think that all I can do is wait until everything else has arrived, and, by
a process of elimination, I will eventually get to it. I am too impatient,
I guess, and want to get it started and make my claim.

David

I ordered a lot of items fdom Ebay. One of them sas damaged by Royal Mail so that all that I received was an empty padded envelope in a RM plastic bag. How do I identify what was in the package? I have the label of the tracked package and an address of the sender, but that's all. Thanks in advance

If the seller is a business seller they will be required to display their address in their listings. If you check the addresses of business sellers from whom you have bought items recently you should be be to find a match.

Or, if you always leave feedback, you can check your list of sellers for whom you have not yet left any.

When you have identified which one it is, open a Not as described arrived damaged case.

Makes a difference getting the correct case, as ebay refunds not the seller.

Is there no tracking number which you can match with your outstanding orders.

Go to your purchase history.

Each tracked item will have the tracking available for you to see when you click on 'view order details'.

When you have matched the tracking with your recently bought items, open a return case using the reason 'item arrived damaged'.

Hang onto the packaging and the RM plastice bag as the seller may need those to make their own claim.
