      <title>Unfair negqtive feedback</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was selling 3 bottles of contact lens solution in one listening with iption to pit to the basket 1,2 or 3 and with cleear description that the price is per 1 bottle. With the last bottle sold and posted it received negative feedback because the buyer tought it will received 3 bottles. He didnt read description just the heading and touhgt the price is for all 3. Is there anything I can do to remove this feedback as its my forts negative since Ive started. Always trying my best and described accurately and resolved any issues but this one just left the feedback first, then send me a message. Any advise on how to ask ebuy to remove it?&amp;nbsp; They are reviewing the case now ( he opened it as item not recieved).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can't list something as a "3-Pack of 250ml Bottles" and then say that the price is for only one!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The mistake here is your own. Your best bet is to contact your buyer to apologise for the confusion, then cancel the sale to refund them and linvite them to keep the bottle free.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From their feedback, they seem to be very reasonable.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Personally, I would apologise to the buyer and say that looking at the listing again, it is misleading.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then, I would give them a refund for the bottle they did receive and tell them they can keep it in the way of an apology.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then, I would send them a feedback revision request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
