topic Bad Customer service in Member To Member Support

I am extremely disappointed with eBay’s customer service. I contacted support several times in December 2025 and followed all the instructions provided regarding my refund. At no point was I informed that a postage label also needed to be cancelled separately, which was not clearly explained. As a first-time user of postal labels, I relied entirely on the guidance given.
On 26 February 2026, I spent nearly an hour on the phone with three different representatives and was clearly assured that my refund would be issued. However, no action has been taken.
The information provided by customer service was inconsistent and unclear, leading to unnecessary confusion and delay.
It is very disappointing to see how much the service has declined. No wonder many users are moving away from eBay. I expected a much higher standard from a long-term eBay user.

Ebay's published guidance is easily accessible and more accurate than ebay customer service agents.
