Postage options

I’m trying to list an item that is larger than the medium parcel option EBay automatically gives. How can I override this to give an accurate price for the buyer?

The options available depend on category. So change category or sub-category until you get "Oversized" at the bottom of the weight pop-up under the Package size heading, during the listing process. Then click on Add Primary Service to buy your own postage.

It has to be done on a laptop or desktop rather than the app. If the option doesn't show up try changing sub-category or category again.

What do you mean category? I can’t find this with the oversized you refer to?

The category you're listing the item in, eg. Sports, Hobbies & Leisure > Crafting Tools > Cutters & Trimmers

That’s what I thought but there’s no oversized option?
