Where are my sales?

I had 3 auctions finishing this evening and instead of seeing them listed as paid or awaiting payment they have vanished completely. Not in unsold or relisted (all had bids from different people so highly unlikely they all withdrew). Also had no emails with a result. Had several items also finishing that had no bids and should be in unsold but they have vanished too. I’m completely pbewildered!
