Account hacked - what do i do?

My account was used to buy 2 PlayStation points codes. I told my bank and the amounts were removed but I haven’t been able to report anything to eBay because - how on earth do you do it?! The automated responses don’t help at all

You need to speak to a human, and live agents come on duty soon, at 8 a.m. today. Contact CS then with the link below, as there's more chance too, of Dublin answering.
