I am an 86 year old disabled veteran living alone and have just been informed that 2 Tower air Friers I purchaed last november T17087 have been declared unsafe but I only found out this today. I purchased 2 and need some help but when e-mailing the seller I received info back that the e-mail is non existant. Grateful for any helpback to my e-mail. Many thanks in advance as for obvious reasons I am very worried.

Did Ebay inform you that the items are unsafe?

Do check by using google that any warning does apply to the specific items you have bought.

If it clearly does apply to your air fryers, then obviously don't use them again.

In terms of trying to get your money back, you are too late to apply for a return and refund through Ebay.

You might possibly be able to claim a chargeback through your bank - generally you have 120 days from receipt so you might be out of time already.

If you paid with a credit card, your card provider might be able to help.

Contact them and see what they say.

Edit

That model has been the subject of a recall. You may be able to get help direct from Tower.

The details are in the link below. (Thank you google!)
