I have recently sold an iPhone. The buyer has paid already with simple delivery and it has already generated a QR code. Should I use this method or pay for my own? Is this method safe and tracked, or can I send it another secure way?

Simple Delivery is tracked and covers the seller for loss or damage in transit for up to £750.

I wasn’t sure if an iPhone would be covered under the T&Cs.

Is this the only method to ship now for items listed to auction over £20?

Simple delivery is the default for most items sold by private accounts. You can find the details in the guidance pages.
