Bid not showing in bids received

Got a bid on an item I’m selling but it does not show in my bids received box. Will this correct itself once the item sells or do I need to speak to EBay directly?

Are you sure it's a bid and not an offer?

I am not sure how you would know you had a bid unless it was showing on your listing.

Offers are different in that you have to accept them or decline them.

If you accept an offer, the item remains live until you accept the offer and the buyer pays.

An offer won't show in your 'bids received'.

(Apologies if you know all this already.)

Which item is it?

If you have a bid and ID of the bidder, that is all you need. No point in asking ebay as that will achieve nothing.
