I need help with the payments section please. I tried adding an account for my funds to be paid into. I was transferred to my bank online and verified it there and got the message saying it has been approved and to close the page and return to eBay page. EBay is showing my new added account for "preferred for payments " with the previous account as "preferred for selling". I have a message at the top of the page though saying " your payouts are on hold until you update your account details". I have gone through the process of having the account verified again, switched phone off and on again... I'm not sure what to do next. I have funds owing to me but can't get them paid through. Help please

It can take a while for ebay's system to update itself but try contacting customer support it. You can request a callback on here:

You gem!! That link helped and I finally managed to speak to a real live
person! They told me that they can see the messages in my inbox saying that
the account has been verified and feel that as you say it may take around 4
days now. Thank you so much for replying so quickly
