EBay Ai picked Womenswear. I did not describe as womens as was not sure, now return requested due to not fitting and reason given was “Not as described or as photos” ! I have non return policy option. Not sure how to proceed. Help! 😵‍💫 Photos perfectly true likeness.

As the buyer has chosen a not as described reason you have two choices.

1. Issue a refund and not get the item back.

2. Issue a returns label and refund when you get the shoes back.

Your buyer is playing the system because you don't accept returns for changes of mind, if you did they might have returned them at their cost.

You listed as womens shoes, so that is what buyer will expect.

It's no good saying, not sure if men's or women's, surely as they were your unwanted item, you will know.

As advised by @papso22 you have 2 choices how to deal with case.

Thanks for input. Should have said these were sold to me as Wide fit Trainers. Suppose they are uni.
