This is my first sale. My parcel weighs a little bit more than simple delivery limit and one of the 3 dimensions is out side the standard. I can’t find out what to do to change it. Help?

Simple Delivery can't be changed or topped up. If the weight is a bit over it may be acceptable but probably not if the size is wrong. Either way it's safer to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.

The alternative would be to buy and pay for the postage yourself outside of ebay.
