I would be grateful for some advice
I have an order that’s not been delivered from bird store.

the eBay assistant keeps telling me I’ve made no orders, but I have

eBay messaged me yesterday and they contacted the seller who has now emailed me. offered to resend my order with a reply link. I would like the order resent but when I press the reply link it just says page not loaded
I can’t get to talk to anybody and get any sense of eBay can anybody advise what I do because at the moment the money has gone out of my account but I’ve not received an order and I can’t talk to anybody thank you

You bought as a guest. There are different ways of dealing with issues when you do that. Please see the email ebay sent you when you paid, that explains what to do.
