Click on where it says the number of bids on your listing and on next page you'll see the bidder's ID. Click on that and use the contact link at top of page.

Not sure what you wish to ask the bidder, just a kindly warning to be aware eBay read all messages going through their system, any inkling of an off eBay sale, or revealing contact details before the end of the auction, can lead to serious sanctions on your account.
