Failed authentication

Hi. Could you advise how I can appeal failed authentification of a stone island jacket and all consequences of it? I’m 100% sure it is genuine and have a certilogo confirmation of authenticity.

i can’t find such category in customer service / Help section

I don't think you can appeal.

What consequences are there?

they could have failed it because of an issue with your listing and the item. They should explain though why an item failed authentication. What reason did they give?

Hi. Thanks for response. Nothing was communicated to me as a reason for
failing authentification. And I can’t find a way to ask this
question. Despite certilogo says it is authentic plus I had, probably,
hundreds of stone island jackets in my hand and this one is definitely a
genuine one 🤷

Just to confirm that there is no appeal option for an item that fails authentication. I appreciate that is not the news you would like to hear but eBay would stand by the authenticators decision.
