&lt;P&gt;Try your payment provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the future, open and escalate cases within 30 days, ignore seller delaying you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received my purchase (iron) on 22jan and reported to the seller that it wasn't working properly.They asked for a video which i sent via email showing it not working.They replied saying I wasn't using the function properly (which i was) so i replied numerous times asking what they were going to do.I received no reply.I sent another 3 videos on different dates showing 100% this product doesn't work yet still nothing from them.I have run out of patience and don't know what to do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
