I agree with mate however you never know if the seller complains or just keeps their item to sell another time. Also asking a seller not to use Evri also lands on deaf ears. But I will keep on trying for now!

Hi.

Please can anyone tell me how to complain about an Evri courier who will not deliver my parcels but sends them straight back to sender?

I have contacted both EBay and Evri, but all I get is a refund!

The last three parcels have been sent back. Once it is sent back it obviously has a different postcode which I don't know so Evri "Chat line" cannot help. I have spent time on the phone, but the issue is not resolved. Recently problems with Evri in my area took the local MP intervention before being resolved.

Does any one know a direct way to contact regional offices? An email address that gets red and sorted?

Cheers

The only way you will get any action is to avoid sellers using Evri, or if Evri used complain to seller and reflect in feedback.

Evri are useless and ebay will do nothing, so you complain through the seller who uses the service, by marking down Star Ratings reflecting poor service.
