    <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to cancel the order citing Problem with Buyer's Address.&amp;nbsp; This fully refunds the buyer and your seller performance is not affected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You then relist the item for the buyer to buy and pay again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The refund for the unused SD label is refunded in 30 days to whoever paid for the label.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used simple delivery. And printed labels took to I post locker. 1 week later item arrived back. Apparently the recipients locker was malfunctioning. So now how do I get another lable to send the parcel again? It's couriers fault so I shouldn't have to pay postage again. My buyer is waiting for her parcel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
