    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, if the tracking shows delivery to the UK Global shipping hub you are not liable for problems after that.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; You should be able to say on the buyers' cases that according to Global T&amp;amp;Cs you are not responsible for loss or damage in transit once item has arrived at the UK hub.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have 2 cases open for items sent through Ebays GSP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One the item has arrived damaged but I believe it was accepted in good condition at the UK depot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other has not turned up at the buyers address after 3 months but I have proof it was recieved at the UK depot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There used to be an option for someone to call me back and discuss a problem but now all I can find is an automated response that does not cover my queries it just wants me to refund the buyers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nick&lt;/P&gt;</description>
