Sorry for the late reply, just spotted your question is unanswered.

As a seller there's no need to accept bids, or do you mean you wish to end the listing with ' End to highest bidder, but don't think this is the case as I cannot see any bids ?

Or, is it an Offer you cannot accept ?

If you have a minimum offer set for your phones , it will cancel that offer if it's below that min, or even matches it. The offer has to exceed the minimum you've placed.
