major problem with photo id

Selling since 2008 ebay require id I have no driving license or passport. Just moved so feel this is why the flag?

Have supplied birth cert, bank statement, voter id photo, I am vat reg and

they have stopping payments which means I am paying for supplies and

not getting any monies back. I can provide other gov docs like pension

proof maybe gov hmrc but none of these have photo of course. any suggestions?

Our community manager provided this information recently......

We accept an National Photo ID card, UK Passport, UK Driver’s License. If you don't any of these documents, you can submit a UK birth certificate along with a proof of address (electricity/internet bill or similar) that is no older than 3 months, instead of a photo ID.
