    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is not unusual, but so long as you know that you logged in &amp;nbsp;at the time in question then it is OK. Are you sure that the advice you receive is not really saying the log in is from somewhere other than where you live. This happens, and it is due to the route taken by messages being different which is picked up by ebay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you regularly clear your records, this might also be why your device is not&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;recognised.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whenever I buy something through eBay I seem to get messages telling me a new device is using my account.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am using the same device as I always do.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I often have to reset the password I don't understand why this is happening.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
