Can anyone advise if I can set up an auto response to any customer messages?
I can only see my messages between 8am & 5pm Monday to Friday and limited access over the weekend.
I would like to set up an automatic response to notify any enquiries of this as I get a number of questions over the evening or weekends and don’t want potential customers thinking I am ignoring them.
Your help and advice would be a appreciated.
N.B. I am aware of how to set up a holiday notification

Hi wjgreen, thanks for your post.

At the moment, this wouldn't be possible I'm afraid. However, others have suggested the same, so I'd be happy to pass this on as feedback to see if it can be included as a potential feature in the future.

Thank you,

Marco
