Sold an item and the buyer has paid , before I post the item can I check the money has been paid . The buyer only 1 feedback and the address looks like a b and b in Blackpool . Thanks

Ebay tells you when someone pays.

Perhaps the buyer owns the B&B.

Yes they have but when the notification came it had a flag for the postcode
. It said we think the postcode should be different to what was sent on the
email , which one do you want to use . Thank you

That's a completely different question!

The postcode is a very important part of the address. If I were you I would cancel using 'problem with buyer's address' and tell the buyer what the issue is.
