Hi everyone

last November I posted an item, the buyer opened a dispute as it did not arrive. On Christmas Day! I had an email saying it was found in my favour as Evri had given a time and day of the delivery.

A couple of weeks later I had another dispute opened as they still hadn’t received it, this time it was in their favour.

It has taken me weeks to try and resolve this myself, Evri never replies and only finally got an answer when eBay help line suggested I go through Resolver.

Now they admit to their mistake, but as the postage was bought through eBay then they are the carrier and I should go through them. I’m now being pursued by eBay global collections for the money.

I found out today after yet another call to eBay customer service that I should go through Packlink but they don’t recognise my tracking number.

I’m at my wits end and very stressed by the demands for payment from me when none of this is my fault and it’s so difficult to speak to anyone.
