My buyer changed mind to collect items. How do I change status to collection when it still has the postage option when already collected. So I can get paid

The best way forward here is to cancel the order with the buyer's permission and relist it again with a collection only option. That way you will receive that very important collection code to scan which will facilitate a faster payout.

Explain the above to your buyer, that you will cancel the order citing Buyer Has requested to Cancel, this will fully refund them, ( and not affect your seller performance), and relist for them to buy and pay again.

You can't do that. You will be paid, eventually.
