That's very helpful and I certainly didn't think my parcel would be covered
for £750. I assumed that because labels I've printed before have said 48hr
tracked on them it came under the Royal Mail's service that covers up to
£150.

I will contact them in the morning but given the buyer has already left
feedback they might guess that it's been posted !! LOL !

Hi Community,

So I sold an item recently and I got a lot more for it than I was expecting. Unsure of the compensation offered by using the eBay postage service I sent it Special Delivery (signed/tracked/insured) but now I can't update the listing. It's saying dispatch overdue.

When I click on postage - add tracking, it says this is not allowed.

When I click mark as dispatched it takes me to a page saying it's not you, its us, and something about a server being down (which I suspect is BS).

Anyone ??

I think you will have to ask ebay to add the tracking for you, you can contact them on this link: eBay Customer Service

They close at 10pm but they open at 8am tomorrow morning,

With Simple Delivery your item is insured for £750, would this have covered your costs?
