You are not showing any recent sales on your account.

You can check here to see if Ebay are holding money.

If the payment is available, and if you have set up a bank account to take the payment, you will be able to transfer the money.

However, as you are a new/infrequent seller, your payment might be held.

Also, if you are new to selling and have not set up your account to accept payments from Ebay, you will need to do that.

As @jckl1957 says have you register for selling with eBay, that is registered with eBay's Managed Payments?

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

Did you receive an email confirming your purchase with a delivery date?

If not it's possible the order never completed, especially as you say no money has left your account.

If you do have the email with a delivery date and this has past, open a claim for item not received, if you need help with this come back here and we can explain how to do it

I assumed this was a sale but it's a not received purchase - doh!
