      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All I purchased a item which after testing was faulty I spoke to the seller who said&amp;nbsp; he would accept a return but I accidently pressed that it was damaged&amp;nbsp; in transit since the seller said it was working before I should have just said it was defective now it says that I have to take photos of the packaging and damage is there any way to reset the why you are returning it&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the seller says it was working maybe it was damaged in transit.&amp;nbsp; It wouldn't necessarily be visible.&amp;nbsp; If you do want to change reason you'd have to contact ebay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
