The only problem I have is eBay tracking has messaged to say the item has been returned but I have not received it. Royal Mail then asks for my postcode to get info about where the item is returned and it doesn't recognize my post code. Any suggestions? I don't want to lose the money and the item but it seems unfair to not refund the buyer also.
